Everything is as expected in this price range. The wood panel has small pre-drilled holes on one side to attach to the brackets with small wood screws. Keep in mind that depending on how you mount it (clamps up, clamps down, or clamps down but the wood panels mount in the bracket) this will greatly affect the weight it can hold. The only problem I have is that with wall anchors they went the very cheap route. Again, I expected this given the price range as most products in this range come with very cheap custom wall anchors. The anchors themselves have very small serrations so they can't actually be secured to the drywall, and the machined screws they include to drive the anchors into them don't seem to match the thread or ID of the anchor. I would only suggest buying/using a better drywall anchor kit if you are not installing on studs etc. Everything else is alright.
