Mediocre quality, not the price.

This press has several problems. The one I have has an offset hinge (it doesn't close straight on the bottom) and the thickness of the patty is too thin and not adjustable. I found a better option with adjustable patty thickness and I like it a lot more, plus I paid less for it than this one. I like 1000 die cut sheets and use them. But this press is fine, you can find better ones.
