Review on 🔧 Xuron 494 Four in One Crimping Pliers: A Versatile Tool for Perfect Crimps by Denise Davis

I have been making/threading jewelery for 14 years. This crimping tool is the best crimping tool I have ever seen! A year ago I was teaching a friend how to crimp and she broke the crimping tool I've had since 2004. I have since purchased 3 different crimping tools from different brands, none of which have been able to close the crimp cleanly and securely to my satisfaction. - until I found this one. The Xuron 4-in-1 tool is versatile and the product description in the listing is accurate. I like this crimping tool for many reasons. First, the notched portion of the tool that crimps the bead into a C shape has no gap, so it crimps nice and tight. Second, there are three different square sizes that can be used to fold the crimp, and each will fold them nice and tight. Third, it is very nice that a chain tip is built in. I can use it to further tighten/smooth the crimp before adding the crimp cap. Finally, I was pleased to find that the largest size of the three gaps works great to close the crimp cap over the crimp bead with the least amount of puckering. Simply use the chain tip to partially close the crimp cap, and then use as much space as possible to fully close the crimp cap. Practically does not deform. I have never seen a crimping tool that works as well as this one and I highly recommend it. Excellent value for money and quality. Thank you Shuron!
