My last scale had accuracy problems. The reading changed by two or three pounds every time I stood up. Even consistent readings were everywhere. So I bought this INEVIFIT scale. I was interested in other readings because my wife and I are dieting and going to the gym. I wanted to be able to track body fat percentage, BMI, and so on. I first took a full set of readings from the weights in the gym, and then I set up the weights according to the instructions and took readings from them to make a comparison. They were within 1 or 2 points of each other for all measurements. So I have a feeling that the INEVIFIT scale is accurate. Now, after a few weeks, I can actually see that my diet and exercise plan is not only working, I'm seeing HOW WELL they are working. My weight has gone down. My body fat percentage has gone down. My water % is down. My muscle percentage has increased. My BMI has gone down. I'm pretty much in the normal range for my age, gender and height. And, I follow him, happy with this scale. So my wife. And this scale tracks up to 10 people. Pretty cool. Good buy.
