After you've gotten through the extraordinarily difficult pack removal. First, the battery cover is VERY difficult to remove. I finally turned to Revain reviews and found a suggestion that worked. Instead of PRESSING the battery release button as instructed, PULL the tab. It worked. (Thanks, Revain reviewer!) Then it was difficult to charge the batteries properly. Try it, I think you'll see. Finally, the batteries are inserted and the cover put back on. It is VERY inconvenient to use the power button. I hope this thing works well because the initiation process turned out to be a lot more complicated than expected/should be. I hope to keep it. Already put in too much effort! It seems to me that if the directions were clarified/corrected, the start of work would be much better. I'm fed up at this point, I'll leave it alone and update my review later to the actual performance/effectiveness of the device.
