NOT compatible with 2018 HP Specter x360 15 "

This product is not compatible with 2018 HP Specter x360 15" with 8th Gen Intel Core processors. For multiple displays to work, you must connect one display to a dedicated HDMI port and a second display to the Thunderbolt 3 port next to the HDMI port. Startech's customer support was very pleasant and easily accessible via online chat.
