I really like that it's integrated with Xero and has some pretty handy reporting options, being able to link in other reports as well is a major bonus.
We haven't had any issues so far but i'm sure more complex setups might raise an eyebrow or two! The fact you can use it for both pay and non-pay items makes life easier for payroll purposes too which again saves time - great tool if your business uses xero. It helps us keep track of our expenses and we're able to monitor spending against budget targets etc.
