Works well. They are slightly stronger and louder than factory door openers. Another difference from the factory operators is the force required to push and pull the interior door locks. With factory operators, you can simply push and pull the buttons on the interior lock; they will fall in place. These actuators require a little more pushing and pulling force and will not engage. These drives are slightly smaller than the factory drives. This is not a problem for the four passenger doors of the Ford Excursion. However, these actuators are difficult to attach to a liftgate. I used a flat head screwdriver to carefully widen the plastic case to allow the thicker metal grommets to go through the drive. Overall I'm happy with these drives. Great to have the driver's door key fobs and combination lock working again.
