Review on Aims PICOGLF12W12V120AL Inverter Charger Transfer by Scott Mcgowan

Part of my safety plan

Our sump pump runs every hour during the fall, winter and spring, so we've been concerned about power outages since we moved in. I've done a lot of research on setting up a backup battery, specifically for our sump pump, and to learn more in general, and I'm glad I chose AIMS for the inverter/charger, wiring, remote control, and AGM battery have. They were very supportive when I had more questions and after setting everything up I tested it a couple of times and it works great. Not the cheapest purchase, but not our house either! As long as that lasts, I'm happy. It certainly gave me peace of mind that if we turned off the electricity, our house wouldn't be flooded. gives me about 12 hours to get home when we're gone and set up our generator if we anticipate an extended power outage.

Pros
  • Highest score for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Electrical outlet required
