A couple of glitches on the first

update: it turns out I have crap. I tried going back to 1080p 60Hz and it crashed badly. After disconnecting and reconnecting several times, it finally turned on, but the IR sensor was knocked out, so it was blocked with no built-in buttons. Revain quickly replaced it and now I don't have any issues like the first one. To get rid of ._ files, open CMD in Windows, type f: and then enter (or whatever drive letter is set on your hard drive). to) type "del /s /q /f /a .DS_STORE" then type followed by "del /s /q /f /a ._*" and they will all disappear. Apparently these files are created by Mac and Windows just ignores that they exist where other things can still see them. I just pressed the HDMI button on the remote control. I still went into the settings to play around with it as it was 720p by default. I changed it to 1080p 60hz and the first problem appeared. I open the show and it ran fine at first, but during the 30 minute show purple lines appear and slowly fill the screen. I have verified that the file is not the right one on my computer and that the file is ok. change it back to 720 and you should be fine. The second problem is that a ._filename copy is made of every file on disk, each only 4 KB in size. You cannot see them when you connect it to your computer. It doesn't matter, except that it's a bit annoying having to scroll through all the fake files to get to the real ones.
