Pro – Inexpensive, lightweight, adjustable, hitch length provides clearance between vehicle and trailer. Disadvantage: easy play and rough finish on one side. Skeptical about "anti-explosion technology". All couplings rattle unless the pins are replaced with bolts. I'm pretty sure I heard it rattle the first time I used it with a closed 2000lb trailer. In the photos it looks like the fit is tighter than it really is. One side of the ball joint was not smooth. For occasional use, tow a friend's trailer, maybe a boat, and prepare a hitch that attaches to almost any vehicle and trailer. Nice to have a tow hitch and perfect for a £5000 SUV. For normal use, full-size truck and trailer, 8,000 or 10,000 pounds, I would prefer a strong one-piece hitch for load distribution.
