Review on MediaBank by James Jenkins

I like how easy it was for me as an admin user (that could not normally use this software)to see what my staff members were doing in their day-jobs! It's great when something goes wrong but our support team are very helpful even though they're working from home due to COVID19 pandemic conditions - so all good there too!! The fact we had access via web browser only meant some of us couldn't have used or tried out more features within 'the box' however if someone would be able/willing enough then by having them log into another PC using remote desktop etc., full control can now easily happen without being physically present at work location which has been crucial whilst still allowing employees freedom during lockdown period where social distancing rules apply!
