This is the first review about after-sales service. I wanted a powerful tire pump to inflate 4 fat tires after deflating for soft sand and of course punctures. The first device worked well with the car power adapter but didn't hold a charge, which took a while to discover. I contacted support and they immediately sent a replacement.
