Not as strong as plastic sponges
After cleaning the frying rack nine times, the abrasive surface is almost gone. They last a month with heavy use and a few months if you just wash the dishes. The particles that wear out almost dissolve in water, which bodes well for the biodegradability claim. Now it's in my compost. Will be updated if it fails.
