The delivery went smoothly and the packaging of the device is very professional. The device itself is a good quality GPS and I think the size is perfect! The only problems I had; initial setting. After a test drive it turned out that the GPS was not receiving a signal. However, the support team was able to answer my issue and the issue was resolved very quickly. I found the setup a little confusing as I didn't receive an email, but again this was quickly resolved. Finally, the power button could be improved as it doesn't have a clicking component and is difficult to toggle on and off if you don't apply enough pressure. The rest of the device does what it should!
