Very high quality, pleasant sound and maybe even a slight improvement in performance. Check the gap between the end of the air cleaner and the coolant expansion tank. Mine was touching when I first installed it and there was no way to move it to get a release. I had to loosen the coolant reservoir bolts, push the reservoir (driver's side) down and hold it there while I retightened the reservoir bolts. This eliminated the "sag" and gave about 1/4" clearance. Don't let it touch or move less than 1/4" clearance because remember that the motor will easily turn sideways and under Last actually spins a bit in the engine bay and can rock back and forth a bit when running: you don't want it to hit the coolant reservoir repeatedly.
