Knitting toys is not my favorite thing. But this book makes you want to. You get a basic body, but then the fun begins. Different hair, hairstyles. Different clothes. The photos show some of your options. This allows you to adapt the doll to a person, whether male or female. The instructions are accurate and detailed. So a person who can knit should be able to copy the doll and make a custom made doll with custom clothing. It would be great to duplicate an adult or make a baby doll with additional clothes for different occasions. This is really cool stuff.
