Review on AODocs by Josh Koa

The best thing about this software to me so far has been how easy it was for our team of 7 people from different states/countries who are dispersed in many locations, working together remotely through this application. Our manager can access all information easily without any problems at anytime anywhere he or she needs to be online. I would not say that there's anything out-of-the ordinary we dislike but nothing as well yet either! There isn't really much you need to have technical skills because everything can be done by clicking buttons. You don’t even see what each button does until after your clicks them; which makes things very simple when using something like this. This program helped us greatly during my employment here while also allowing everyone around an equal opportunity to work effectively within their individual departments. The best thing about Aodocs is the ability to add documents to a folder and then assign a due date. This makes it easy to track deadlines and make sure that all of our projects are on track. The interface is a bit clunky and it is easy to miss things. The interface is very outdated. It is a good product but the interface needs to be updated to make it more user friendly. We use Aodocs to track our projects. It is easy to see what is due when and where it is located.
