Review on Hurtta Torrent Coat Raincoat Cherry by Clint Blackman

I wanted a rain cover for my pug with a hole in the back to attach a harness. I found based on the reviews that this one seemed to have that option and was the best fit. In practice, the opening of the head and neck fits my pug snugly, although the length is ideal. Keep in mind that I still use the jacket as there are a limited number of alternatives at the moment, but I believe this design would benefit greatly if the opening was adjustable or stretchable. The hood is so tight I pull it over my ears to relieve pressure, so useless. The jacket is well made and if it fits your dog then it is a good choice. Oh, and one more thought, I can't see myself ever using a rear latch. Blocks my dog from defecating and adds to the stress of wearing a coat in the first place, thankfully the elastic straps stretch around the back legs.
