Extension says something like 27 or 28+ inches. No, that is not so. more like a 22 or 24. I had an electrician install it and it cost a dime. Then I had to take it off and send it back. FYI I asked in the questions section how long the extension was and they assured me it is a 28 length extension that fits my TV at 90 degrees. They had the wrong information and repeated it. I don't care how hard it is. to install and this is one of the trickiest parts as you cut a hole between the studs and install the electrical panel on the bottom edge of the bracket. I would have preferred to buy a pocket mount mount but they don't let it slide out far enough. Well this FAIL now gives me the option to buy a bigger TV so due to limited expansion I have to use a wall mount rather than a recessed mount. Maybe after reading this and seeing what a cool built-in mount is (TV on the go) they'll make it and I'll be SOL :-)
