Ideal for dry and sensitive skin!
I am currently on Accutane trying to find a toner that works for my dry and sensitive skin at the moment. Luckily my skin wasn't too dry, but I would still have to use 3 different moisturizers to keep my skin happy. However, since using this toner, my skin never feels dry again, even when I go outside in cold and windy weather. I would definitely recommend this toner to other people with dry and sensitive skin because it's like using hydrating water.
