Used for the first time when it snowed in the Seattle area. The instructions were poor and the tooling so cheap it broke during installation. I ended up in the middle of the night on a main road where not a single snowplow had passed, and I kept them in my trunk just in case. An hour later I put them on and once I drove safely across the grocery store lot they loosened up so I re-tightened them and continued. One broke within 5 feet of the parking lot and scratched my car pretty badly. The removal instructions were even worse and apparently you need a wrench. So I had to trim them off with some cuticle scissors I had in my car. Another hour of my time. Worst purchase and now I don't even get my money back.
