I am very impressed with this remote control. It is very smooth and feels good in my hands. I have medium to large hands and it doesn't seem too small. In terms of functionality, the thing does what the description promises. I would like to add some observations and viewpoints on the remote control. First, if you program it into the Xfinity X1 box, it doesn't work with Xfinity code. I had to use one of the Comcast codes. Here are some important notes on the functionality of the X1 block for navigating the manual, main menu, etc. The menu button takes you to the on-demand options and your inputs, not the home button. The back button does not work for the Xfinity X1 box. You have to use channel back button to exit menu or recording etc. This is the button between the channel buttons and the volume buttons. Aside from these minor issues, it works great with Xfinity boxes. I would like to have a voice function, but as a result of my extensive research I could not find any remote control with voice remote control function. So, I have a Samsung Smart TV and I noticed that a lot of reviewers mentioned that this remote doesn't work with Samsung Smart TV. I haven't had any issues with the back button on any of the apps I've used, some of which I haven't tested yet, but the back button seems to work fine on all the major ones like Netflix, Prime Video, and Hulu. The only minor issue, and minor issue at best, is when you use the Netflix back button it takes you back to the home screen. In general, these small imperfections were not enough not to give five stars. I really like this remote and it does a great job of what I was looking for. If you need a universal universal remote, then get this one! I went ahead and bought four of these, one for each room in my house. Get it and get it, you won't be disappointed!
