I was hoping they would work but don't waste your money. Following the instructions, I cleaned the tire with acetate and began painting over it. I ended up with an outline and the tip started clogging and not releasing any color. According to the second letter, there is no painting, just smearing. It will take hours and probably a dozen pens to complete this. It just doesn't spread well and is no different than a drawing pencil you can buy at a craft store. SUCH A WASTE.
