I like that they have so many different plans to choose from, depending upon your needs as well their customer service is great! They are very helpful with any questions or concerns you may be having regarding setup of products within our network infrastructure. Their support staff has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable about all aspects related to operating an ISP business in today's day & age. The only thing we dislike at this time would perhaps relate more towards something internal than anything external such as software updates for instance - but again it could simply just come down to personal preference/opinion which isn't really fair if there were no other options available. If anyone wants to run a successful internet provider then look into NFOrders Hosting Services. We needed help getting set up initially because we had never done this before nor did know what was involved when setting things out.
