It is very easy to use for small businesses with limited resources, it has all necessary tools that any business needs (email server/calendar etc). The price of their service can be high compared other providers but I think this will change in time as they are constantly improving themselves by adding new features every month or so - which makes them really competitive! I like that they have so many different plans to choose from, depending upon your needs as well their customer service is great! They are very helpful with any questions or concerns you may be having regarding setup of products within our network infrastructure. Their support staff has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable about all aspects related to operating an ISP business in today's day & age.
