Bought this piece of junk a few months ago for basic purposes like email, YouTube browsing and basic web browsing. Less than a month later, in the middle of my work, the laptop died without warning! I was very disappointed and contacted support about this. They told me it could be a battery problem and they would send me a new one. A few days later I received a new battery and when I replaced it with the old one it worked perfectly. I was happy with it and started using it with no problems! We bought this laptop mainly for our upcoming trip abroad. Unfortunately, the laptop died again without a trace in the first week of our trip. I was so angry then. I was so willing to return it but due to Covid 19 we were unable to return to the States as our flight was cancelled. And now the refund period is over so basically I just spent a bunch of money for no reason! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
