The laptop itself is very nice. I took it off the charger last night and turned it on. Set it up. (The last 4 days it was charging because I wasn't home.) No problems at all. I will use it this morning and it died. I plugged it back in and it doesn't show that it's charging. I tried turning it back on - it won't turn on. The price is great and what not. The general appearance of the 'refurbished' laptop is not bad, there are no significant scratches or dents on the case, just obvious wear and tear from previous use. It's okay, it's a used computer. However, I feel that a "professionally" refurbished laptop should not be sold with an unstable, partially dead touchpad or a battery that won't last more than 20 minutes of email checking. I was a little nervous about buying a refurbished one, but I'm so glad I took the chance. I got more laptop for less money than if I bought something new. I've been using it for a month without any problems, the general condition is excellent. When I had a question about activating windows, the seller answered me the same day. Turns out the activation key was on the bottom of the laptop and I didn't notice it. I will buy from this seller again if I need anything in the future.
