The general appearance of the 'refurbished' laptop is not bad, there are no significant scratches or dents on the case, just obvious wear and tear from previous use. It's okay, it's a used computer. However, I feel that a "professionally" refurbished laptop should not be sold with an unstable, partially dead touchpad or a battery that won't last more than 20 minutes of email checking. You can't blame HP for that. The repairman at Revain Renewed apparently let a defective product leave his facility. Shame on me for not using this purchase and discovering these defects before the return guarantee expired.
