Review on BN-LINK 8 Outlet Surge Protector with Mechanical Timer - Enhanced Power Control for Home Electronics - White by Adam Shuler

This timer is great for turning the lights on and off in my son's reptile cage. The only problem is that it has developed an annoying vibrating/rattling noise that never stops and really gets on my nerves. It's not very loud but enough to be disturbing, especially if it's in the bedroom. Ten stars for excellent customer service! **Edited: Unfortunately the new timer started making the same rattling noise. I've tried repositioning it and putting a mat underneath in case it's a vibration issue but to no avail. This is definitely a product error, not user error. While I applaud this company for their outstanding customer service, I still cannot recommend this product (unless the continuous noise of light bothers you).
