I am very disappointed. I was so excited to get this printer and when I got it I wanted to print a photo. None of the photos will print. Every time I tried to print a photo I got an error message telling me to replace the cartridge. Came with a new cartridge installed. I tried anyway to replace it with the extra cartridges I bought for it. Two other brand new cartridges gave the same error message. I've tried resetting the printer, reinstalling the app, tried ink cartridges again and nothing. Exactly the same error message. I'll send it back if I decide to try again. I can update my review but I'm very hesitant right now.
