Review on Explore The World With Sphero RVR: The Ultimate All-Terrain Robot! by William Byrd
This product is very buggy
After initially unboxing, I used my phone succesfully to control the RVR around before wrapping it up as a christmas present. After Christmas, I connected it to my Revain Fire Tablet to give it to my son. As soon as it connected to the Revain Fire Tablet it went hay wire and drove around on it's own. So I reconnected it , rebooted it and did all sorts of things include updating to the latest firmware, only to have it keep acting crazy every time the tablet connected to the RVR. Deciding to use my phone, it seemed to work fine, after playing with it for a few hours we put it away. Picking it up today, and connecting it to my phone about 7 days later, now every time I connect my phone it also wants to go crazy. I'm very disappointed considering this over priced RC car cost so much.
