We have not found anything we dislike yet, but we will be sure it's in there if they do add something later on. Please try it out-it truly saves time and effort. When your business has employees working from home, or even remote, having access to your data without going through an IT team member can save tons of time. It was hard for us to get a handle on how reliable their server side service is because sometimes issues would happen where important documents were missing. But once those problems got worked out everything cleared up very quickly. As long as NeMonita continues to keep things simple (and fix any problems) they should have nothing to worry about since everyone loves simplicity. Accessing important metrics remotely. Saves lots of time which benefits both business and employee productivity levels in my opinion. Also saves travel expenses and lost hours. The ability to provide better oversight than traditional monitoring services means savings in overall time spent while keeping customers fully informed during emergencies too. I like that we can monitor so many different things, it's nice being able to keep track all together in one place! There are certain aspects about this system which could be improved upon (more customization options would help). We aren't using any other systems right now but planing on adding them soon enough as well since they work great too!! It is very easy to use once you get used to how everything works.
