These sheets (bought bulk) are very soft, thick and wash well. They're 400 weight, so they're not as smooth as the heavier weight material, but I like the 100% cotton and they feel comfortable. And you can't beat the price. ONE YEAR LATER: So I partially wrote that review and forgot about it to this day. Fall is finally here and I took these sheets off our bed to replace them with jersey sheets. I love these sheets and they have stood the test of time so I decided to write a quick review - and found that I've already started one! :) Everything I wrote in the paragraph above is valid after a year, and in any case I like these sheets even more than then.
