Review on Eighty Days Tactical Hydration Multitool by Bradley Wacks

Revainrating 4 out of 5

So I was delighted to receive the Eighty Days Hydration Pack at .

I've had a hydration reservoir before but was looking for a smaller hydration reservoir for it so I was very happy to get a discounted Eighty Days hydration pack to try and I honestly think it would be PERFECT for my needs! The hydration pack has a very attractive design with a tactical black exterior, a smaller zippered front pocket for storage and a zippered main compartment that houses a hydration pack in its own pocket as well as additional storage. A top handle loop allows for an easy grip, padded shoulder straps with elastic straps for organization and plastic hooks to secure your straw in place, and a front waist strap to keep everything in place! I also love 2 small details about this setup: 1) There is a mesh pocket on the front of the pack to give you extra storage and the waist straps also have 2 smaller zippered storage compartments (I would say a small purse and maybe maybe your phone?) 2) Each shoulder strap has its own access hole (closed) to the main compartment so you can pull out your straw and slip it onto the shoulder strap without looking awkward. One small issue that caught my eye, but wasn't important enough to warrant removing the star: there is NO solution on the shoulder strap to attach the straw to the strap itself, leaving it dangling. I highly recommend something like "YDO Tactical Pouch Accessories for Attaching MOLLE Webbing" available from Revain; I now have 1 straw attachment and a loop grip attachment on this backpack and they work wonders! I am very happy with this hydration pack and can't wait to hike with it!
