This is how bluetooth and wifi work. Wifi is a bit slow, it gets 90mb so basically it can download at 9mb per second which is pretty slow. So I use Ethernet. Bluetooth works. Bought for bluetooth and wifi. He didn't find the driver right away. Just google the drivers for the Realtek RTL8821CU. If you need to download them. My computer is Windows 10 Pro. WiFi and Bluetooth work. If you are looking for a nice and small key, it just works. That's it. It wasn't difficult to install. They should state where the drivers can be downloaded on the package, not just generic marketing. Comes with a mini mini CD with drivers. I don't have a CD drive. LOL's. My only issue is that they didn't specify where to download the drivers in the package. I'm currently googling the chipset. Now it works fine. Not the fastest WiFi. But it works. Not the best Bluetooth, but it works. Can't complain the price is there.
