Unfortunately, the seller's return policy tries to add a 20% restocking fee on top of the shipping cost, which Revain makes very clear to you, so I'll be sticking to that and ordering any future blades elsewhere. Easy installation. These are original 2018 Tesla Model 3 wipers so replacement is very easy. Put the wipers in service mode, press the release button in the middle of the wiper arm and remove the old one. Insert new wipers until they click, switch off service mode, done. I haven't used them and haven't even driven a car yet, but I expect them to work as an OEM.
