I received the item in a box which was in terrible condition. Arrived in a crumpled box that has already been opened. The top of the air cleaner was not facing up. It looked like it had been pushed in. There was no instruction manual. The fan didn't turn on. I am about to return. The refund amount was listed as less than the full price paid (I believe this is for postage). Let's see how much I actually get. I am totally disappointed in this product.
