I put the product together and right after I put in the little plastic pins that are used to hold 3 posts together the pins in the holes broke and the product was completely unusable. I contacted the manufacturer to explain the problem and ask for a replacement. The replacement they sent me was clearly used, dirty, with missing parts, various chips on the wood, and most importantly, the small black pins that broke the first time were already broken on this one. It is assumed that these pins can be moved as they make the product adjustable and are too cheap and fragile to serve this purpose. Terrible product and even worse customer service. Don't waste your time or money. Thank you Revain for fully refunding this order.
