So far so good. The first one I received was defective but genuine Revain customer service replaced the item. It took me 5-7 minutes to assemble. This saves me a lot of space on my desk. I have an L-shaped desk, but I work from home and study at school, so I do almost everything at my desk. I hate clutter, but there are so many things I need to have on hand. This stand allows me to organize and store the things I need next to me!

The shelf was exactly what I wanted and needed. It was easy to assemble with exceptional instructions. However, the plastic dowel used for the swivel is very cheap. 1 of 2 broke when I inserted it into the pre-drilled hole it was intended for. I don't understand why they used such a cheap piece of plastic. It's not a showpiece by any means, but it would be very handy and efficient if this plastic thing weren't so cheaply made.

Just arrived today. Collected in 15 minutes or less. Had to remodel one of the sides because I put one of the longer ones on the middle base which resulted in one side being shorter and unbalanced but once pinned down both sides are even (one is actually still a hair taller but still functioning) . I put the product together and right after I put in the little plastic pins that are used to hold 3 posts together the pins in the holes broke and the product was completely unusable. I contacted the manufacturer to explain the problem and ask for a replacement. The replacement they sent me was clearly used, dirty, with missing parts, various chips on the wood, and most importantly, the small black pins that broke the first time were already broken on this one. I was won over by the quality of the product! Easy to assemble, clear instructions, high quality material and very durable! The only reason I gave this item 4 stars is because the center section only needs to be 1/4 inch wider to fit my laptop underneath. I measured the width before purchasing but the description only lists the measurements for the top of the center section, not the bottom after the legs are installed.
