Review on Biscolata by Carlos Block

I was eager to try Biscolata's online store because I consider myself a foodie and because I buy online frequently. However, I was extremely let down by what transpired. The website was cumbersome and difficult to navigate, despite the promise of a large variety of high-quality baked goods. I was able to track down exactly what I was looking for, so I made an order and eagerly awaited its arrival. When they finally did come, they were old and bland, not at all what I had hoped for. When I tried to get in touch with customer support to express my dissatisfaction, I received unhelpful and condescending answers. It's obvious that Biscolata doesn't care about its customers. In sum, I do not feel confident recommending Biscolata to other internet shoppers or foodies. If you don't want to be let down, look elsewhere.
