This gets a 3. Why? Good Details: * For a great price, it will do what I need. * I wanted something with very easy to read measurements in metric and English. Bad: * 4 corners were very sharp. I say "were" because I blunt them slightly to smooth out the dangerous edges. This may affect the measurements slightly but not completely unless I'm measuring a little less than 1mm from the edge. In other words, it's not really a problem. But even if you wanted a relatively clean edge to measure to the corner, those corners were too sharp. I've had other precision rulers that went to the edge and weren't as dangerous to use.* It would be nice if this thing was laser engraved instead of just printed.
