Reliable, High-Quality Results Every Time
I have worked with them for over 10 years now as an employee in two different organizations that were provided service by ACS. They are always reliable and fast to respond when we call or email regarding issues relating to our documents being shredded. There really isn't anything about this organization that doesn't work well from my perspective! Their customer support has been great all these years as they provide us high quality results every time. My experience overall was one where everything went smoothly without having any major problems along those lines.
Pros
- Very helpful staff/management employees very responsive anytime you need assistance..not just during normal hours but 24 hrs too if needed :) Always willing help me out no matter what hour its called into..and even though most don’t like speaking via phone because there's so many interruptions; still
