Review on OTC Support Viscoelastic Insert Elastic by David Norwood

I contacted the company before ordering the product. I measured my ankle and discussed sizing with a representative and was advised to purchase the recommended plus size based on my measurements. When the item arrived it was too big. The sleeve also has a seam across the back of the ankle which would be uncomfortable if pressed against the back of an arthritic ankle. When I decided to return the items, I found that it said the items were non-refundable. I wasn't aware of this when ordering. I probably wouldn't order from this company. I am extremely disappointed. Now I don't have the right sleeves for my arthritic ankle and the $32 I paid for them. I want to return them for a full refund. How should I do it?
