When you injure your ankle it seems like it takes a while to heal. Using this product has made it easy for me to go back and do what I use with no pain. Now I have fully recovered.

I have had one since 2008 and size XL fits my size 14' with an 11" ankle. I tend to sprain my ankle after an accident a few years ago sprain and does it at least once or twice a year.This brace provides good light to moderate support, the insoles help me stabilize.I wouldn't wear it immediately after an ankle sprain but once things loosen up and I walk easier , it gives me the support I need to run all day Finally wore the old one and ordered a new one.

I contacted the company before ordering the product. I measured my ankle and discussed sizing with a representative and was advised to purchase the recommended plus size based on my measurements. When the item arrived it was too big. The sleeve also has a seam across the back of the ankle which would be uncomfortable if pressed against the back of an arthritic ankle.
