We have lids for the four burners on our hob. The fifth is an elongated burner and we cannot cover it with the existing design. Overall, I'm fine with four in action. Cleaning was a bit of an issue, I assume next time I'll just recycle and use new ones. It would be better if the smaller burners could have a larger detection area. The foil is thick enough to withstand accidental tearing, but thin enough to be cut with scissors if necessary. But there's enough open area on the hob to indicate that spills will occur despite the lid.
