I love this tunic (I wear it over leggings). The upper part of the garment is made of elastic material, similar to a high-quality soft t-shirt. The bottom 3/4 of the tunic has some stiffness of the fabric so it will hold its shape but not look like a tent. If it had been made in other solid colors (all navy blue, all olive) I would have bought more of these. I'm definitely a fan. I'm a US size 12 and bought a size large and could easily fit an M. I love it.
