The small ratchets keep breaking, this is my fourth pair. It's ok for occasional use, I have to use them every day, all day for jewelry making and they just don't last. The tension begins to drop, then the pins break and become unusable. Wubber inventor Patty Bullard is very nice, she called me directly with my problem but couldn't help me to replace them, she referred me to the manufacturer EuroTool but they charge you to pay the postage ($12) for postage and then pay for self-addressed envelope (another $12) for the refurbished set. You can also buy a new set, it will be cheaper. Too bad because they are a good weight and very comfortable.
