Great for smoking, roasting indoors or out
I started smoking meat with a Cameron smoker and needed a way to monitor the temperature of the meat and the smoker. This is an excellent four sensor system with a remote display and alarm. I can set up a smoker outside and watch it from inside. Or use it for roasting in the oven, especially for slow roasting large cuts of meat. Costs money.
