I use it in place of a Netty pot for saline rinsing. I love that I can clean it every time I use it. I couldn't clean the other lamp I used. I had one for over 4 years until it wore out. About every 6 months I had to clean it by rinsing it with water over and over again. Many scales came out, much like dark debris. So I'm very happy to have this pear to keep clean. This lightbulb is travel friendly. I found the size of a baby lamp. works best for me. i like the color It took me a while to remember to compress the ending, instead of compressing the middle part to make this work. Seems durable.
